lyrics
I said wait
I need just a moment
for me think
collect all my thoughts
cause if I'm leaving tonight
who I thought would be my life
I need to know this is right
I didn't think
that I was this kind of woman
I didn't know
I had it in my bones
for me to leave behind
the man who saw me in white
but I'll leave, in the darkness of the night
So let's forget these gold ring on our finger
So let's forget this town where we live
Lets run the road, till our legs run no more
Let's run like fire, in the wind
I tried to stop
thinking about her
and for a second
I felt a shake
for that woman back home
who I'd now left alone
but the heart, can be a hard thing to chase
I know its wrong
to do what I'm doing
to toss another
poor heart aside
but can I declare
a love at home, no longer there
we're running, for a new way to live
So let's forget these gold ring on our finger
So let's forget this town where we live
Lets run the road, till our legs run no more
Let's run like fire, in the wind

This band has already fantastic tracks on their previous albums, I already loved them when buying their album "Ancients", which I found is a little different to the others. For me, after I listened to it a bunch of times, I determined that the difference is nothing else but further development of their music art, while at the same time they still kept a pleasant portion of darkness that makes me love this album as well, maybe even more than their past tracks !!! rock-n-rollex
Ben Wheeler uses an East German synthesizer and a Soviet flanger to create hauntingly weird yet bright and open electronic soundscapes. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 10, 2022

This popped up in my feed thanks to Solitude and Sin. Released in 2016. There is gold to be found in the depths of Bandcamp. This is excellent psychedelic rock lloydd
